Katherine joined Lone Pine Foundation in 2009 and serves as Associate Director, where she plays a key role in shaping and advancing the Foundation’s strategic vision. With a focus on maximizing impact, she partners on strategy, evaluation, and implementation, identifying mission-aligned opportunities and guiding initiatives that drive meaningful and lasting change.

Katherine brings a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and innovation in the philanthropic sector. She is an alumna of the Five Frogs Leadership Development Roundtable, a program dedicated to building a diverse pipeline of leaders working toward a more equitable Connecticut. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy and Woodcock Nature Center, and serves as Co-Chair of the Council’s Fairfield County Funders Network.

Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut. She resides in Wilton with her husband and children.
